VPod

The video says it all!!!

V Deco

I have a drawer full of hair accessories, makeup, nail polish and all of a girl's essentials. The problem is that to put on makeup or do my hair, the only place available at home is our bathroom. One bathroom for me, my mom, my bro. For my brother it's easy, but when my mom and I need to prepare ourselves for an outing, and at the same time, it can get quite cramped in there. In my room, I clearly didn't have any space. What I did have though was a stereo with it's speakers taking up a good amount of space that has lots of potential. And let's face it, between the computer, TV and iPod, I don't really use that stereo. And so, I felt it was time to change it up!

Found all I needed at Wal-Mart and Dollarama!!!

before

Wall stickers (2$ at Dollarama)

Lamp (12$ at Wal-Mart)

Decorative Plant (6$ at Wal-Mart)

Placemat (2$ at Wal-Mart)
(Must get a longer one later though)

*updated pic
Mirror (10$ at Wal-Mart)
Stick-on Decorative Butterflies (1$ for 8 at Dollarama)

First, am kinda disappointed that my sticker got hidden by the mirror, I guess my calculation wasn't very precise :s. But at least there's still a small part that's showing.

I originally wanted a silver frame around the mirror but that one was the only one that would fit so decided to decorate it.

A longer placemat was available but I didn't think I would need it. Guess I'll have to get it later.

Will post an update when I do!!!

***Update : Got the table runner made with the same material as the placemat and cut it to the appropriate size.....SO MUCH BETTER!!!***

Hot Looks For Spring/Summer 2012

1) Myriam Fares - El Gasayed

Am totally in love with all of her makeup looks (
It does also help that she's gorgeous!!!)

Would skip some hairstyles and outfits though, lol (you'll understand when you see the video)

Makeup is perfect for "Girls' Night Out" and parties!!!

P.S. No, am not digging the Lady Gaga, Beyonce/Shakira imitation but hey, originality in our day and age is an option apparently

2) Girls' Generation - Time Machine (Japanese version)

Gorgeous hairstyles!!!
Makeup is simple and delicate, perfect for regular spring/summer days

Miracle Of The Day

Birthday cake that my younger brother bought me today!!!

It might seem like nothing, but for me, it's a MAJOR HISTORIC event. Why???

Cause he took the initiative to buy it himself and for those that really know my dongsaeng, they know it's almost a miracle
.....am so touched!!!!

hihi

Maybe 25 won't be so bad after all

Luv u bro!!! xoxo

VPOD (Song Of The Day)

Essie's "Chinchilly"

It's not a new colour but I wanted to share.

It's a soft tone of grey, not too light nor too dark. The application is very easy, the product is very light. Also, I found it quite strong and durable especially compared to my other Essie colours.

I put together an Ikea bookcase while wearing this nail polish and believe me when I say that any other nail polish would not have survived the abuse, this one did perfectly!!!
